Contratos en ejecución. Los contratos celebrados para el desarrollo de las funciones del Instituto Colombiano de Antropología, Ican, serán cedidos por el Ministerio de Cultura al Instituto Colombiano de Investigación Cultural.

Parágrafo

El Instituto Colombiano de Investigación Cultural podrá celebrar contratos y convenios amparados por la legislación que rige la actividad científica y tecnológica, contenida en los Decretos 393 y 591 de 1991.
