Artículo tercero. El patrimonio de los Institutos que se crean por el presente Decreto será el siguiente

El patrimonio que poseía cada uno de tales Institutos en la fecha de creación de la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos (Decreto número 2956 de noviembre 10 de 1955);

El patrimonio adquirido por la Corporación Nacional de Servicios públicos desde la fecha de su creación hasta la fecha del presente Decreto. El patrimonio adquirido por la Corporación durante su existencia será distribuido entre los Institutos que se crean por el presente Decreto, conforme a reglamentación del Gobierno Nacional.
