El relegado tendrá derecho además a que se le señalen progresivamente, ya contiguas a la primera hectárea, ya separadas, para cultivarlas, hasta diez hectáreas mas, las cuales, si se hallaren en cultivo al cumplir la pena, sele darán en dominio y posesión, por quien corresponda.
