En El Mes De Enero De Cada Año Previa Convocatoria Del Secretario General Del Ministerio, Se Efectuará La Calificación De Servicios Del Personal De Carrera Por Parte De La Comisión De Personal De La Carrera

En el mes de enero de cada año previa convocatoria del Secretario General del Ministerio, se efectuará la calificación de servicios del personal de Carrera por parte de la Comisión de Personal de la Carrera. Los demás funcionarios a que se refiere este Capítulo, hasta de la categoría de subsecretario asistente o su equivalente, serán calificados por la Comisión de Personal del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.

Parágrafo

En casos especiales el Ministro podrá ordenar que a un funcionario determinado se le califiquen sus servicios por períodos trimestrales.
