Parágrafo 2

al artículo 12 de la Ley 610 de 2000, así: “

Parágrafo 2

Las medidas cautelares en el proceso ordinario de responsabilidad fiscal estarán limitadas al valor estimado del daño al momento de su decreto. Cuando la medida cautelar recaiga sobre sumas líquidas de dinero, se podrá incrementar hasta en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) de dicho valor y de un ciento por ciento (100%) tratándose de otros bienes, límite que se tendrá en cuenta para cada uno de los presuntos responsables fiscales”.
