del artículo 2.2.1.6.15.4 del Decreto número 1079 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo Transitorio

Por el término de un (1) año, contado a partir de la reglamentación del presente artículo por parte del Ministerio de Transporte, los vehículos de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial clase automóvil, campero o camioneta de no más de nueve pasajeros, incluido el conductor, podrán ser cambiados al servicio particular sin importar el año modelo, ni el año de su matrícula”.
