Artículo único. Modifícase el artículo primero del Decreto número 834 del presente año, en el sentido de disponer que el Ministerio de Guerra podrá destinar el vapor M. C. "Ciudad de Cúcuta", a servicio con puertos extranjeros, cuando las necesidades del servicio así lo exijan, incorporando, en los respectivos contratos, la cláusula correspondiente. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
