El impuesto que corresponde al Gobierno de acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 6º de la Ley 84 de 1927, se pagara en especie o en dinero, a su elección, y por trimestres vencidos. Si la Nación recibe en dinero el porcentaje, éste se consignara en la oficina de recaudación que el Gobierno designe, según el precio corriente de los petróleos de su clase en Nueva York o en Londres, deducidos de os gastos de transporte.
