° El Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Precisión Social reglamentará por medio de resoluciones, todo lo relacionado a la organización interna de la Escuela, y determinará el personal docente y las asignaciones que deban fijarse, tanto a éste como al personal de servicio que la organización y el funcionamiento de la Institución requieran.
