Artículo segundo . El artículo noveno del Decreto 421 de 1982 quedará así: La entidad concesionista determinará la lotería que se utilizará diariamente en su respectivo territorio para el juego de Apuestas Permanentes. En ningún caso podrá establecer más de una lotería diaria.
