Autorízase a la Corporación de Desarrollo de Chiquinquirá para realizar adicionalmente otro sorteo anual durante seis años consecutivos, en la forma prevista en las Leyes 12 de 1973 y 26 de 1982, cuyo producto será destinado a la construcción y dotación del Centro Administrativo y la remodelación de la Plaza de Bolívar de dicha ciudad.
