Artículo séptimo. Designación de peritos . Los peritos serán designados por el Jefe de la Comisión respectiva dentro de los miembros de la misma, uno de los cuales debe ser experto agrícola y el otro topógrafo; a cargo de este último estará el levantamiento topográfico del terreno, de acuerdo a las especificaciones técnicas que señale el Instituto.
