Adicionanse los cómputos líquidos del Presupuesto de Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación para la presente vigencia fiscal de 1959, con la cantidad de tres millones quinientos cuarenta mil doscientos cuarenta y cinco centavos ($3.540.249.45) moneda corriente, que con base en el certificado de Disponibilidad número 28, del 11 de septiembre del presente año, se incorpora con imputación al numeral siguiente:
