Articulo 108. De la suspensión. Un funcionario se encuentra suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones cuando se le separa transitoriamente en cargo sin derecho a remuneración como sanción disciplinaria por la comisión de una falta. La suspensión se sujetará a las normas legales y reglamentarias sobre procedimiento disciplinario. VII DEL RETIRO DEL SERVICIO
