Prorrógase por cinco (5) años más la cesión hecha al Departamento de la Guajira del cinco por ciento (5%) del valor bruto de la producción de los yacimientos de gas que se exploten en dicho Departamento, ordenado por la Ley 14 de 1978 , el Decreto 779 y la Ley 61 de 1982 , y en el mar territorial colombiano frente a las costas guajiras.
