Decreto 2133 de 1992 · por el cual se fusionan el consejo nacional de seguridad, el consejo superior de la defensa nacional y la comisión creada por el decreto 813 de 1989.

ARTICULO 6 º . CONSEJO DIRECTIVO. - El Fondo tendrá un Consejo Directivo integrado por

El Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, y

Seis (6) representantes del Presidente de la República.

Parágrafo

A las sesiones del Consejo Directivo podrán ser citados o invitados representantes o voceros de las comunidades, de las organizaciones no gubernamentales, o los funcionarios que sean del caso. A las deliberaciones del Consejo Directivo asistirá con derecho a voz pero sin voto el Director Ejecutivo de la entidad.
