Remuneración adicional. Los servidores públicos de la Fiscalía General de la Nación que trabajen ordinariamente en los Departamentos creados en el artículo 309 de la Constitución Política continuarán devengando una remuneración adicional correspondiente al ocho por ciento (8%) de la asignación básica mensual que les corresponda. Dicha remuneración se percibirá por cada mes completo de servicio.
