Utilidad pública e interés social. De acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo primero del Código Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y de Protección al Medio Ambiente, las actividades de preservación y manejo de la fauna silvestre son de utilidad pública e interés social.
