Objeto. Reglamentar la organización y funcionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Reforma Agraria y Desarrollo Rural (SINRADR) como mecanismo obligatorio para la planeación, coordinación, ejecución, evaluación y seguimiento de las actividades dirigidas a la materialización de la Reforma Agraria, la Reforma Rural Integral y los objetivos establecidos en la Ley 160 de 1994 sobre Reforma Agraria y desarrollo rural, campesino y el Acuerdo Final para la Terminación del Conflicto y la Construcción de una Paz Estable y Duradera.
