La Empresa Nacional De Radiocomunicaciones Será Manejada Por Una Junta Directiva Integrada Por El Ministro De Correos Y Telégrafos, Que La Presidirá, Y Por Cuatro Miembros Designados Por El Presidente De La República

La Empresa Nacional de Radiocomunicaciones será manejada por una Junta Directiva integrada por el Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos, que la presidirá, y por cuatro miembros designados por el Presidente de la República. Uno de éstos será el Gerente del Banco Postal y los tres restantes serán nombrados para un período de un año. La Junta tendrá, además, un Secretario, que lo será el de la Empresa.

Parágrafo

Los Miembros de la Junta Directiva que no desempeñen cargo oficial, tendrán derecho a una remuneración de veinte pesos ($ 20), cada uno, por sesión.
