º En la Oficina de cada Ingeniero Nacional de Departamento habrá un Jefe de Contabilidad, quien deberá prestar fianza á satisfacción del Gobernador del Departamento, en los términos prevenidos por el artículo 2376 del Código Civil, para responder de su manejo. Dichos Jefe de Contabilidad se denominarán Contadores Secretarios.
