Artículo diez y nueve Los funcionarios del Ministerio de Justicia a quienes se otorgue la condecoración "Orden del Mérito Penitenciario", tendrán prioridad en la adjudicación de viviendas construidas por el Instituto o Crédito Territorial, siempre que no se haya hecho otra adjudicación a la misma persona por el citado Instituto.
