ARTICULO 1.3.1.1.4 . SANCIONES POR NO ACREDITAR EL MONTO MINIMO DE CAPITAL. Los establecimientos de crédito a que se refiere el artículo anterior que no acrediten, dentro del término señalado para ellos, los niveles de capital y reserva requeridos, serán sancionados con una multa equivalente al tres punto cinco por ciento (3.5%) sobre el valor del defecto, que será impuesta por la Superintendencia Bancaria por cada mes de mora en el ajuste.
