Ley 147 de 1941 · Por la cual se dictan algunas disposiciones de orden económico

Destinase la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00) anuales, durante cinco (5) años, para el fomento del cultivo de algodón en territorio nacional. Las inversiones las hara el Gobierno exclusivamente en las zonas que de acuerdo con los estudios técnicos que se realicen, aseguren una produccion económica de este articulo.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno queda autorizado para realizar las operaciones financieras que sean necesarias para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley
