Los ascensos que en adelante confiera el Gobierno de los grados Teniente Coronel, Coronel y General, no surtirán ninguno de sus efectos sido desde que hayan sido aprobados por el Senado de la república. Una vez aprobados, tendrán efecto con la fecha correspondiente al respectivo decreto de ascenso.
