Cuotas moderadoras para el trabajador cotizante: De acuerdo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 49 y 63 del Decreto-ley 1298 de 1994, para las actividades, intervenciones y procedimientos descritos en el plan obligatorio de salud y clasificadas en el artículo 27 del presente Decreto, habrá lugar al cobro de cuotas moderadoras para el trabajador cotizante pero no de copagos.
