La subvención prevista en el artículo 19 de la mencionada Ley 126 de 1938, se pagará también por el Fondo de Fomento Municipal, lo mismo que el aporte previsto en el
del artículo 25 de dicha Ley. En ambos casos mediará la solicitud del Ministro del ramo y la decisión de la Junta Directiva del Fondo.
