Comisiónase al doctor Francisco Fandiño Silva, Jefe de la División de Relaciones Culturales y Divulgación del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, para viajar a Caracas a fin de llevar los elementos para la Exposición Gran Colombiana, y una vez clausurada la Exposición, viajar nuevamente para recuperarlos y conducirlos a Bogotá.
