En el marco de lo previsto en el artículo 35 del Decreto-ley 254 de 2000, se podrá constituir fiducia mercantil por la cual se transfieran los activos remanentes de la contingencias de la entidad en liquidación en la forma que se prevea en el mismo contrato. La entidad fiduciaria administradora del patrimonio autónomo que en virtud del presente artículo se constituya será la Fiduciaria La Previsora S. A.
