En las residencias oficiales de los Jefes de Misiones Diplomáticas o Consulares se izarán las banderas en los días señalados en la lista que reparte el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, y en los días en que éste comunique, por conducto del Decano, que así debe hacerse.
