Aprehensión de infractores . Los Comandantes de los buques de la Armada Nacional podrán aprehender a los desertores de las Fuerzas Militares y a los sindicados contra quienes se haya dictado auto de detención, cuando se encuentren a bordo de cualquier tipo de nave.
