Artículo sexto . Los directores de los establecimientos educativos oficiales y privados, que funcionen en las capitales de los Departamentos, deberán inscribir anualmente sus establecimientos en las Secretarias Departamentales de Educación. En los Municipios y Corregimientos, los directores pueden solicitar la inscripción anual a las mismas Secretarias Departamentales de Educación por conducto de los alcaldes, y empleando el formulario antes citado.
