Artículo primero. Se entiende cómo matricula el derecho de inscripción en un determinado establecimiento para hacer estudios durante un año escolar. Los establecimientos educativos no podrán abrir matrículas sino 30 días antes de la fecha fijada por el Ministerio de Educación para la iniciación del año escolar.
