Articulo 41 . Las normas del presente Decreto se entenderán, complementadas por las particulares que crearon y reglamentaron cada una de las Zonas Francas a las que él se refiere y por las que modificaron y adicionaron éstas, en todo aquello que no sea contrario a los preceptos de la Ley 47 de 1981 o a estos estatutos orgánicos.
