Por aquellos servicios o trabajos prestados al inmueble que no estén contemplados explícitamente en las resoluciones tarifarias, la entidad podrá cobrar el valor de los materiales, el costo de utilización de los equipos empleados y de la mano de obra utilizada, más una suma por concepto de administración e ingeniería que no supere el porcentaje máximo determinado por la Junta Nacional de Tarifas de Servicios Públicos en las resoluciones tarifarias.
