° La Tesorería General de la República depositará en la cuenta especial de los fondos extraordinarios de la defensa nacional el valor de las libranzas qué de conformidad con el artículo anterior girará a cargo del Banco de la República para destinar esos fondos exclusivamente a los gastos que se autorizan por el presente Decreto.
