El que se presente mejorando las condiciones del privilejio, deberá presentar la firma o firmas de individuos, casas o compañías de responsabilidad que puedan responder de una suma igual por lo ménos a la espresada en el articulo 41, i que se comtenga lugar el depósito exijido por el misme articulo 41, o que se declare inadmisible la propuesta.
