Cuando una conciliación se realice en un centro de conciliación de una notaría la responsabilidad directa frente al procedimiento será del conciliador que la desarrolle. El notario será responsable respecto de quienes conforman la lista, de la administración del Centro como director del mismo, y de la aplicación del reglamento del centro de conciliación.
