Art. 3.° El producto de las rentas creadas por el Decreto número 41 de 1905 no queda incluido en las disposiciones relativas á los porcentajes destinados á la amortización de documentos de crédito.

Parágrafo

Cuando las circunstancias del Tesoro lo permitan, el Gobierno podrá disponer que el producto íntegro de dichas rentas se aplique á la amortización ó conversión del papel-moneda.
