Los Ministros serán recibidos en la estación del ferrocarril en Bogotá, por el Jefe y el Subjefe del Protocolo y por el Edecán del Presidente de la República, quienes les darán la bienvenida en nombre del primer Magistrado y del Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, les ofrecerán el carruaje de la Presidencia en nombre del Jefe del Estado y los acompañarán a su residencia.
