Dictada sentencia favorable, la Corte fijará en ella la cuantía de la pensión de acuerdo con lo previsto en la presente Ley, y mandará copia del fallo al Ministerio del Tesoro, para los efectos del pago. También dará aviso al Ministerio de Guerra.
