El subsidio familiar por los hermanos huérfanos de padre se pagará desde el mes en que éstos queden a cargo del trabajador beneficiario hasta el mes de su defunción, cumplimiento de la edad de diez y ocho (18) años salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 para estudiantes post-secundarios, intermedios o técnicos a aquel en que cese la convivencia con el trabajador.
