Art. 10. El Gobierno queda facultado para conceder á la Empresa de este ferrocarril las exenciones que se acostumbran en esta clase de obras; y el contrato que el Poder Ejecutivo celebre con el concesionario, de acuerdo con la presente Ley, no necesita de la posterior aprobación del Congreso, siempre que la Empresa no sea subvencionada ó auxiliada con dinero del Tesoro Público, ni se garantice el interés del capital invertido en el ferrocarril.
