Art. 48. En el caso del artículo anterior se dejara constancia de las razones que el absolvente de para no contestar íntegramente la pregunta y si fueren suficientes atendidas las circunstancias de que se ha hablado, el juez no dictara la declaratoria de la conformidad de que trata el artículo 449 del Código Judicial: pero si se advierte el ánimo de aludir la respuesta, se dará estricto cumplimiento a lo que el mismo artículo dispone.
