Alcance de los certificados. Los certificados cualifican a quien figura en los mismos como la persona legitimada para el ejercicio de los derechos incorporados en el valor depositado. Dichos certificados constituyen documentos probatorios que acreditan y evidencian el contenido de los registros en cuenta. Por consiguiente, no podrán ser utilizados para actos diferentes al ejercicio del derecho incorporado en los valores depositados.
