Decreto 865 de 1988 · Por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 11 de 1979 sobre el ejercicio de la profesion de Bibliotecologo.

Si la documentación presentada cumple los requisitos de que trata el artículo 18 del presente Decreto, el Consejo Nacional de Bibliotecología deberá expedir en el término de 45 días hábiles, el acuerdo otorgando al interesado la correspondiente matrícula.

Parágrafo

Si la documentación presentada no cumple los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 18 del presente Decreto, se requerirá al interesado para que aporte los documentos faltantes; este requerimiento interrumpe el término que tiene el Consejo para decidir, el cual comenzará a regir nuevamente una vez que se hayan cumplido los requisitos exigidos.
