Si dentro de los cinco días siguientes a aquel en que quede firme la providencia que imponga una multa, ésta no se hubiere satisfecho, podrán aplicarse al pago de ella los depósitos previos a la importación que se hubieren constituido, Si no existieren depósitos o fueren insuficientes, se enviará copia autenticada de la resolución a los funcionarios investidos de jurisdicción coactiva para hacerla efectiva.
