Art. 9.° Se dará una clase comun i permanente para todos los alumnos, desde el primer año, de dibujo lineal, trazado i lavado de planos, mapas, cartas jeogáficas i diseños militares, resoluciones gráficas de problemas jeométricos de fortificacion i artillería, de geografía universal i particular de Colombia de Moral, de Urbanidad, de Castellano o Español, de Ingles i de Frances. Estas maerias se distribuirán convenientemente por el Director jefe de estudios, en cursos, en cada uno de los años de la enseñanza, o solamente en tres de ellos, como fuere mejor, poniendo dichos cursos a cargo de un catedrático.
