Informe sobre inclusión en lista. Recibida por el Juez Superior la lista de Jurados, oficiar a cada una de las personas que la integran para notificarles su inclusión en ella. Al oficio se agregará un formato que recoja los datos personales, dirección y el compromiso a informar todo cambio de habitación y causales de inhabilidad que sobrevengan. Los formatos se conservarán en la Secretaría para que sirvan de fuente de información.
