Art. 96. Terminada la sesión y salvo que se haga el escrutinio de las votaciones para Concejeros municipales, los documentos que el Jurado ha tenido presentes se remitirán al Presidente de la Junta del respectivo Distrito electoral, bajo cubierta firmada por todos los miembros de la Corporación.

Cuando se haga el escrutinio de la elección de Concejeros municipales, tales documentos serán custodiados en el archivo del Jurado mientras pueda intentarse la nulidad de la elección, y luego en el del Concejo municipal.
